North-West College (NWC) was founded in 1966 by Marsha Fuerst. Mrs. Fuerst’s family has been in the allied health field since the early 1950s. Mrs. Fuerst’s son, Mitchell Fuerst, still owns and runs North-West College. The Fuersts’ passion for career education and the purpose of providing high-quality, relevant training is one of the College’s key principles.
The goal of the University’s brief courses is to prepare students for meaningful employment. To do so, the University has a competent faculty, well-qualified administrators, and a top-notch support staff. To create a dynamic, happy, and welcome ambiance, the facilities are well-equipped, clean, and aesthetically organized. The greatest priority of the College is educational excellence. Application requirements for NWU

The North-West University (NWU) Management has stated that all applicants must adhere to these Admission Requirements prior to applying for admission.

Applicants starting a new qualification must upload all relevant documents, which typically include the following:

a copy of your academic credentials (eg Senior Certificate)
(If applicable), a copy of your official tertiary academic record(s) (internet copies will not be accepted)
Copy of your ID (RSA students) or ID/passport (international students)
a copy of your marriage certificate or divorce decree (if applicable) (if applicable)
Documents must be sworn translated if they are not in English or Afrikaans.

Get a student number (Go to step 2 if you already have one)
- Go to the new online application platform
- Click on ‘New application’
- Click on ‘Create new student number’ and complete all the fields

Choose what you want to study
- Find information on courses, admission requirements, etc Here
Upload supporting documents
- Grade 12 results (only June or final results, March results will not be considered), grade 11 results (final results only),
- or a copy of your matric certificate – if you have already passed matric.
- Copy of your ID
- Copy of your academic record (if applicable)
