The applicants who are beginning a new qualification must upload all relevant documents, which usually include the following:

An original certified copy of your ID
An original certified copy of your Passport (for international students only)
An original certified copy of any qualification obtained, plus academic transcripts / latest results

Remember to include the following certified and individually scanned papers in your submission:

a certified copy of your driver’s license or passport (compulsory).
End-of-year examination results from Grade 11 or your National Senior/Matric/IEB Certificate (if you have already completed Grade 12).
Certified copies of your diploma(s) and academic transcript(s) (if you attended other universities).
a copy of your marriage certificate that has been certified (if applicable).
Proof of payment of the R200.00 non-refundable application cost

How to Use the Online Application to Apply to CI

Before applying to CI online, keep the following in mind:

To complete the application, you’ll need an email address. What if you don’t have one? First, get an email address.
An ID number is required for South African candidates. A foreign applicant’s passport number is required.
Before applying online, you must first register for the NBTs.
There will be an application fee to pay.
Do you require places to stay? Please make a note of this on your application form.
Before applying, make sure to verify the faculty’s unique requirements.
Please note that only online applications are accepted for postgraduate students.
