The North-West University (NWU) is a public university in South Africa that has campuses in Potchefstroom, Mahikeng, and Vanderbijlpark. The University of North-West was founded in 2004 when the Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education, which also had a branch in Vanderbijlpark, and the University of North-West (formerly the University of Bophuthatswana) merged.
After the merger, North-West University has become one of South Africa’s largest universities, with the country’s third-largest school population (full-time and distance education).

In Google Scholar, you may find full-text articles.

Look for the “Full Text @ NWU” link next to each result. If you click on that link, you can get the whole text through the Libraries’ subscriptions.

Please set up your Google Scholar account if the link does not appear next to any results.
You can also use the NWU to link your Google account. Even if you don’t start your search on this page, the “Full Text @ NWU” links will show.

How do I set up my Google Scholar account?

Select Settings from the hamburger menu next to the Google Scholar logo.
Under the Settings menu, select Library links. In the search box, type NWU. Select NWU – Full Text @ NWU from the drop-down menu and click Save.
If you’re logged into a Google account, the setting will be remembered from now on.
