SMU (Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University) is a South African university located in Pretoria North, Gauteng Province. [1] Its most recent incarnation began on January 1, 2015. It was previously known as the Medical University of South Africa (MEDUNSA) and then as a University of Limpopo campus.
