The North-West University (NWU) administration has announced the 2023/2024 distance learning online application for the academic year. Applicants are invited to apply as soon as possible, following the application guidelines given below.
PROCESS OF APPLICATION
- Step 1: What you must do.
PR02 – (only for Diploma in Grade R and ACT students)
– Formal undertaking (all students)
– ID photocopy (all students)
– Grade 12 final results or Grade 11 December results for current matriculants – Academic record and a copy of the qualification certificate (only postgraduate students) - Step 2: Submit your application online and through the NWU system.
- Step 3: Administration double-checks that all essential documents are attached.
• Inform the student if there is any outstanding paperwork.
- Step 4: The application is evaluated based on the admission requirements of the program for which the student applied.
- Step 5: The application status is updated on the system based on the findings of the evaluation procedure.

This qualification has been phased out. The last intake for new students was 30 April. Only pipeline students who have modules outstanding can apply for this qualification and will also be given a limited time to finish. No new students will be accepted for this qualification. |

Due to capacity constraints, closing dates are subject to change. The UODL operates on a first-come-first-served basis.
All applications must go through a selection procedure. After the selection procedure is done, the application outcome will be emailed or SMSed. The result will be delivered to the contact information provided on the application. Please double-check that all of your contact information is correct. The costs include study materials (except PG Dip in Management and PG Dip in Labour Law).
